"Well, one of the things that the four of us had in common was a love of early Van Halen and early Mötley Crüe," says bassist Kay Oss. "But what I didn't see coming was Barbie (Cyde - drummer) mentioning the 80's T.V. show Blossom and how she loved Blossom's friend's 'Six' and her thift store hippy style. We were making fun of Kay until she mentioned the actor's last name - Von Oÿ. That was it! It has the Van Halen vibe and the Mötley umlauts! You can't get any more rock n' roll than that!"
